Bilingual Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Floater | Full-Time | Part-Time Los Angeles, United States | Posted on 10/21/2026 The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading non-profit healthcare organization Southern California to hire dependable Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to support exceptional patient care across multiple Company sites by assisting dentists and addressing patient needs and concerns. In this role you will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, assisting with restorative dentistry and oral surgery procedures, preparing materials and equipment, taking X-rays, assisting with laboratory work and providing administrative, operational clinical support (scheduling appointments, answering phones, ordering supplies, and processing dental billing) as needed. Schedule (Floater position): Full-Time | Part-Time | Saturday availability required What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional patient experience & address patient concerns Pass instruments & materials to the dentist during procedures and maintain a clear treatment field using suction & other devices Escort patients throughout the visit & maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Prepare procedure trays, maintain operatory supplies, sterilize & disinfect instruments and equipment Take adult and pediatric X-rays & prepare impression and restoration materials Educate patients on postoperative care and demonstrate oral hygiene techniques Complete required dental equipment logs in compliance with audit requirements Perform monthly checks of the emergency medical kit and adult and pediatric oxygen equipment Maintain inventory and order dental supplies Perform pediatric prophylaxis and apply fluoride treatments Document patient charts & doctor notes and ensure treatment records, consents, health histories are completed and signed by the doctor Ensure compliance with State Dental Auxiliary regulations, all applicable regulatory and Company policies Enter prescriptions and patient information into the EHR Attend required meetings, trainings, and work-related events Perform other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Support team initiatives, communication, goals, and process improvements Uphold the organization's Mission, Vision, Values, and policies Perform additional grant-funded responsibilities, if applicable What We Are Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred; Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license One year of Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) experience;Current CPR certification Knowledge of medical technology Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) Additional Skills & Requirements Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for community events Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to maintain visual acuity and focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications; EHR experience preferred Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to office procedures and policies What You Can Expect Competitive compensation package Free Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 13 Paid Holidays + PTO 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life Insurance & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Ongoing Professional Development & Training If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving community health while making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across Los Angeles. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
