We’re looking for a TSMS Upstream Scientist to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program. What you’ll do: Provide technical support for all upstream TS/MS technology transfer activities for gene therapy drug substance. Prepare, review, and provide technical input on upstream technical documents, including development reports, protocols, and risk assessments. Support completion of LP2 project ORP deliverables related to upstream process readiness. Assist in the development, implementation, and transfer of compliant upstream manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial supply. What you’ll need: BS/BA in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field is preferred. Upstream process development or manufacturing experience in gene therapy, viral vectors, biologics, or similar modalities. Hands‑on experience supporting tech transfer, scale‑up, or upstream implementation in a GMP or development environment. Ability to prepare, review, and interpret technical documentation (development reports, risk assessments, protocols). Familiarity with GMP expectations and regulatory considerations for gene therapy or biologics.
