Work Environment
This is a full-time, remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home or any location within Oregon. Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that helps maintain a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions that encourage clients to actively engage in their mental health journey, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Facilitate discussions that help clients navigate difficult emotions and cultivate self-awareness, equipping them with strategies to cope effectively.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, incorporating feedback and observable progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure cohesive care and to stay informed on best practices within the mental health community.

Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a mental health counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly in providing individual therapy and creating client-centered treatment plans.
- Proficient in using technology and virtual counseling platforms to facilitate sessions and document client progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in community health settings or clinical environments that prioritize holistic and collaborative care.

Compensation and Benefits
