Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home or any location within Oregon. Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured schedule that helps maintain a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that encourage clients to actively engage in their mental health journey, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients navigate difficult emotions and cultivate self-awareness, equipping them with strategies to cope effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, incorporating feedback and observable progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure cohesive care and to stay informed on best practices within the mental health community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly in providing individual therapy and creating client-centered treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
