Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Southern California. Great opportunity to join a collaborative rehab team in a supportive clinical environment.

Assignment Details

• 40 hours/week
• 5x8 schedule
• 1:1 patient ratio
• No call required
• Must be willing to work holidays
• Float flexibility required
• Candidates without RTO preferred and prioritized
• Schedule may vary slightly by 1 hour depending on department needs

✅ Requirements

• Active OT License
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience
• Must have at least 1 year of outpatient experience
• Travel experience preferred but not required

• 456-bed acute care facility
• Outpatient Occupational Therapy services
• EMR: Epic
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue or Navy Blue
• PPE fully provided
• On-site parking available
• Kronos used for timekeeping

Pay Package

Travel Package

• Taxable Hourly: $30/hr
• Housing Stipend: $1,400/week
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,600/week
