Entry Level Sales Representative

We’re expanding our Sacramento team and hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to support active nonprofit outreach campaigns focused on community engagement, public awareness, and connecting people with important community initiatives.

This is a full-time, entry-level sales position offering weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement . No previous sales or nonprofit experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with members of the public at retail locations, community events, and outreach sites
• Represent nonprofit organizations and community outreach campaigns in professional, face-to-face interactions
• Introduce community programs, initiatives, and fundraising opportunities to potential supporters
• Educate members of the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and community initiatives
• Build strong communication, sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Create positive interactions that increase community awareness and engagement
• Answer questions and provide accurate information to interested community members
• Work closely with a supportive team to meet daily outreach and campaign goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Contribute to overall campaign performance and community outreach goals

Work Environment

This position involves face-to-face nonprofit outreach at retail locations and community event sites throughout Sacramento. The work environment is interactive, fast-paced, and highly people-focused.
