The Sheetmetal Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams to achieve the planned work and production goals. What you will be responsible for: Coordinate Operations activities between shifts. Provide technical support as required. Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from a four‑year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $32.17 to $39.72 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
