Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a full-time opportunity where you can grow your skills, make a meaningful impact, and be part of a supportive rehabilitation team?
Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time COTA to join our in-house rehab team.
Whether you're an experienced COTA or a new graduate ready to start your career , we want to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve meaningful goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals
- Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Help create a positive and engaging therapy environment
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current or eligible Ohio COTA license
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Net Health preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence and quality of life
