Manager, Industrial Hygiene & Safety

Pfizer seeks a Manager of Industrial Hygiene & Safety for its McPherson, Kansas facility to lead EHS programs, conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement safety improvements across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial hygiene and safety programs; conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations
• Monitor EHS compliance and performance metrics; recommend and implement corrective actions
• Provide technical support and training for site safety and industrial hygiene initiatives
• Conduct workplace audits and assessments to ensure federal and state occupational safety standards compliance
• Partner with business functions and external stakeholders to implement safety improvements and resolve complex problems

Requirements

• BA/BS with 4+ years experience, or MS/MEng with 2+ years, or PhD/JD, or Associate's with 8+ years, or High School diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
• Strong technical experience implementing industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Excellent leadership, analytical judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and EHS systems such as Cority or Enablon
• Professional certifications preferred (CIH, CSP, CHMM, ASP, or equivalent from accredited organizations)

Compensation: $99,200-$165,400 base salary; 12.5% bonus target; long-term incentive program eligibility
