What You’ll Be Doing Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work. Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs. Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, landscaping), and make‑ready tasks. Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines. Collaborate with senior technicians on more complex repair projects and preventive maintenance. What You’ll Bring 1+ year of maintenance or related experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork mindset. Valid driver’s license. HVAC or EPA basic knowledge preferred.
