Performance Physical Therapist

Pillar Performance is hiring a Doctor of Physical Therapy! We are a PT owned, physical therapy and performance training company that treats acute injuries, surgical cases, and chronic pain. We utilize an active approach to care that emphasizes the importance of both PT & personal training together as a pillar of long term health. We approach physical therapy the right way, offering a combination of manual therapy, strength training, exercise, and elite recovery modalities to help our patients return to the active lifestyles they love. We specialize in working with active individuals, including strength athletes, runners, and high-performing professionals, helping them bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. As an out-of-network clinic, we are not limited by the restraints of insurance and therefore each session is 60 minutes, one-on-one, without the use of aides or techs. This environment creates optimal outcomes for our patients and decreases clinician burnout and turnover. Currently as a growing team of four, Pillar Performance operates our own boutique fitness studio on 28th and 5th, a state of the art facility with both traditional PT and gym equipment. THE ROLE:

This is a fully in-person role, with the occasional virtual treatment session conducted on site The ideal Pillar Performance candidate is a hard-working, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded DPT with personal training/athletic background Preferred: Experience in running-specific coaching or sports rehabilitation, with interest in helping develop and lead Pillar Performance’s endurance athlete + youth athlete service line

QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate Degree from an accredited physical therapy program Valid NY state PT license to practice CSCS or personal training certification preferred 1-2+ years of outpatient experience preferred, all applicants considered Salary Range: $90,000 - 120,000 with structured bonus incentive program #J-18808-Ljbffr Pillar Performance
