Westlake, OH Job Id: 4176 # of Openings: 1 LPN - Night and Day Shifts Available on a PRN basis Pay Rate: $35 per hour Who are We? Shifts Available: 7:00AM - 7:30PM and 7:00PM - 7:30AM Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but are required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month but not more than 110 hours per month. What is Your Role? Our team of Nurses are responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for our residents in assisted living and memory care.
