Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients. \n
- Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and assess individualized treatment approaches, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated care. \n
- Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention to clients, adapting strategies as necessary to meet evolving challenges. \n
Our primary focus is on supporting school-aged children and adolescents, as well as providing care for adults facing various mental health issues. You will work directly with clients who experience conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, ensuring they receive compassionate, individualized care tailored to their specific experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university. \n
- An active and unrestricted professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) enabling you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy. \n
- A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board in any jurisdiction. \n
- Proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and crafting dynamic treatment plans. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document client interactions and treatment outcomes. \n

- A minimum of two years of experience providing individual or group psychotherapy to adults. \n
- Experience using evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, Mindfulness) to facilitate client progress. \n
- Strong familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapy platforms. \n
The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
