As our Clinic CNA, you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare. Must be able to perform the following tasks efficiently: perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy Assists in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs Assists with patient transports and transfers Assist with scheduling patient appointments Assists with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies Required: Certified Nursing Assistant: MN Basic Life Support - CPR CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
