ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Facility Type: Acute Care Pay Rate: $65-75/hr Job Type: Pay rates and facility needs may vary. Clinicians must be local (live within this city or surrounding areas) to qualify for this shift. This shift is open to local Wisconsin residents and those that reside in surrounding states only. CareRev is looking for experienced ICU Nurses to find and claim per diem shifts at top hospitals and healthcare facilities in Milwaukee, WI, making up to $75/hr. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients, monitor complex conditions, manage advanced equipment, and collaborate closely with intensivists and multidisciplinary care teams to support the best possible patient outcomes. Requirements Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. NIHSS certification may be required prior to the first shift. Minimum of 1 year experience as an ICU RN required (most recent experience within the last year). Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care. Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients. Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
