Imagine this scenario

An urgent order for body glass drops. You ready a crate, navigate the aisles on an order picker, and use your RF Modulated scanner to confirm each pick. A content label prints—clean and clear—and you apply it before moving to packaging.

• Build and protect: Open a crate or metal rack with a drill, saw, or cutting tool. Hand-assemble a box, cushion the glass with dunnage or foam, seal with a tape gun, label the box or envelope, and stack the finished package onto a pallet.
• Verify without fail: Count every part in each crate or container to match the content label. Close crates for shipment—stapled, banded, or shrink wrapped—and confirm all serial numbers and quantities align with the container list for the truck load.
• Move with confidence: Inspect the trailer, then use a forklift to load or unload racks and crates of glass. Scan each container to the correct trailer or warehouse location. Keep nail guns, crow bars, hammers, and other hand or pneumatic tools at the ready.
• Keep the flow steady: Replenish stock by driving a forklift or standup reach truck; transfer parts between locations using an RF Modulated scanner; open and prepare crates for placement in pick racks, using crow bars, hammers, and other hand or power tools as needed.
