Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for a medical-surgical patient population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Monitor patient conditions, track vital signs, and respond to changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies in accordance with orders and safety protocols.
- Document care and interventions in the EPIC electronic health record with accurate and timely charting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, patient education, and family communication.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and quality-of-care standards throughout the shift.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia with Nursys license verification.
- Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience.
- EPIC electronic medical record experience is required.
- Certification card on file (current nursing certifications as applicable).
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a fast-paced Med-Surg unit.
