Weekend CNA

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend shifts to provide home care services. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and daily living assistance. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to promote patient mobility. Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision. Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities tailored to their interests. Perform light housekeeping and maintain accurate care records. Monitor and report changes in client’s physical or psychosocial condition. Follow care plans and complete tasks using EVV systems, ensuring dependability and punctuality. Respect client confidentiality, privacy, and uphold patient rights. Recognize and report any abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments immediately. Use equipment like blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, and transportation tools as needed. Qualifications & Skills Maintain valid certification with DFS. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing. Sympathetic attitude toward patient care and adaptability to diverse environments. Additional Notes This role involves working primarily in clients' residences, with travel within a designated area.
