Position Overview
John Garfinkel State Farm Agency in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families assess their life and health insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to protect their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and recommend life and health insurance solutions
Provide professional service and follow-up to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Educate clients on life insurance policy features and benefits
Support retention and policy review efforts
Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals

Qualifications
Active Life & Health Insurance license required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly

Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 $60,000 per year
Compensation based on experience and performance
