Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Direct callers to the appropriate person, department, or resource. Take accurate messages and relay information as needed. Provide basic information to callers when appropriate. Maintain a positive and professional phone presence when interacting with the public. Assist with general phone coverage and basic administrative tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Start Date: ASAP. Location: Winnsboro, SC. Required Qualifications and Skills Previous receptionist, front desk, call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Less than 1 year of experience may be considered for candidates with strong communication skills. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Professional, pleasant, and helpful phone presence. Reliable and dependable attendance. Ability to handle a steady volume of incoming calls. Comfortable interacting with the public. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and remain focused throughout the day. Preferred Qualifications Experience answering multi-line phones or handling a high volume of incoming calls. Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative support, call center, or customer service role. Strong attention to detail when taking messages and routing calls. Personable, dependable, and professional approach to caller interactions.
