You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, from initial application through final enrollment. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure fit. What You Will Be Doing Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and concluding with onboarding. Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate fit prior to offering solutions or advising on next steps. Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions. Conducting campus tours, student shadow experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles. Ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery. Director Of Membership Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated client services). Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding. Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach. Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when it was not appropriate for the client. Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
