Senior Consultant, Permanent Staffing - US (Remote)

This is a hands-on producer role for someone who wants the autonomy to build their own market while leveraging Wilson's existing client relationships, infrastructure and broader delivery capabilities. What You'll Do Build and own a Toronto/GTA market strategy, proactively developing new clients and generating permanent job orders through outbound business development, networking, referrals, market intelligence and candidate-led business development. Win new client relationships, lead intake conversations and grow existing accounts by identifying additional hiring managers and permanent hiring needs. Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio, including market mapping, sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview management, offer negotiation and placement. Build and nurture strong client and candidate networks, using talent and market intelligence to proactively create new opportunities. Own individual revenue, placement and activity targets while maintaining an accurate sales and recruitment pipeline and forecast. Develop deep expertise within your market and defined professional specializations, becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates. What We're Looking For 3+ years of agency staffing/recruitment experience, with proven success in a 360 permanent recruitment role spanning both business development and recruitment delivery. Demonstrated track record of personally generating new client relationships and permanent job orders through proactive business development. Strong full-cycle recruitment capability, including sourcing passive talent, managing candidate processes and successfully closing placements. Strong commercial instincts with the ability to prospect, develop relationships, negotiate and convert opportunities into revenue. Ability to build candidate networks and use talent strategically to generate client conversations and placement opportunities.
