Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to Labor & Delivery patients throughout the birthing process
• Perform triage assessments for obstetric patients
• Circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections and other procedures
• Recover patients in the PACU following delivery or surgical procedures
• Deliver postpartum care to mother-baby couplets

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing postpartum and mother-baby couplet care
• Familiarity with PACU recovery protocols in an obstetric setting
