Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our CRW Construction team. This role is essential for the successful planning, budgeting, and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both project management and cost estimation for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Manage contractual relationships and handle any issues that arise.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of projects meet or exceed company and industry quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and estimation, ideally in commercial construction, and with residential experience.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate estimations.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management and/or cost estimation are advantageous.
