Job Description We are immediately hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in North Lake, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month Annual Salary Pay: $75,000 per year based on experience Retention Bonus Incentive: Up to $1,000.00 per quarter Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. expectation for managers is to be there 30 min prior for shift change and stay 30 min after for shift change. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
