Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Admissions, located in Troy, Michigan. We are seeking a compassionate nurse to support patients in Troy and surrounding areas. This position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 4:00p.m. – 12:00a.m. The role includes management and delivery of patient care plans, charting, and coordination with the care team. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Hospice Admissions team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation. Self‑manage time and schedule, ensuring critical deadlines are met. Conduct patient care visits, including driving to/from patient locations up to 20% of the day. Qualifications RN license in the state of employment. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient sites. Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software. Commitment to meet critical charting deadlines.
