Luxury Construction Estimator & Sales Specialist

Competitive base salary plus percentage-based commission on qualifying sales. Compensation is based on experience with additional earning potential through sales performance. Two compensation structures are available based on experience:
- Option 1: $55,000 base salary + 1% commission on qualifying sales
- Option 2: $70,000 base salary + 0.35% commission on qualifying sales
- Meet with clients and perform jobsite consultations.
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare accurate scopes, estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Obtain subcontractor/vendor pricing and calculate labor and material costs.
- Present proposals, follow up with leads, and close qualified sales.
- Maintain project and sales information in Buildertrend.
- Coordinate sold projects with management and production teams.
- 5+ years of residential remodeling, estimating, and/or construction sales experience .
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, trades, and costs.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Experience with Buildertrend and estimating software preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Spanish is a plus.
