Board Members play a pivotal role in providing oversight and strategic direction to ensure the organization's mission is fulfilled effectively and ethically. This includes financial oversight, participation in fundraising efforts, and serving as ambassadors for the organization's mission and programs. Board Members are also involved in strategic planning, committee work, and are responsible for monitoring and evaluating the organization's activities to ensure they align with its goals.
