Regional Sales ManagerThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating profitable sales growth for underground and aboveground petroleum storage, containment, and piping products in the Rockies and Canada Regions. Responsible for servicing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, and maximizing customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers by providing technical assistance, entertaining, and frequent personal contact with customers' upper-level management.Develops and presents proposals to customers to solicit sales of Fiber Glass Systems products.Provides technical guidance and sales support whenever necessary.Prepares forecast and budget for territory and monitors progress on a regular basis.Stays abreast of competitors' products and services and assists in developing market and pricing strategy.Assists in preparing job specifications and in making presentations to various industrial, governmental, and code officials.QualificationsJob RequirementsWork may require evening and weekend workPrevious sales experience (territory management preferred)Previous customer-facing experienceCandidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office, as the schedule is fully remoteCandidate must have strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to provide group presentations in a seminar environmentSignificant domestic and international (Canada) travel is requiredOvernight Travel requiredEducation and QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales working with Engineers, Architects, etc.Knowledge of the downstream petroleum industry is preferredProficient with MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint is required.General understanding of how environmental regulations are enforced in the petroleum and water markets.Requires excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.Must have a valid passportCandidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria.Requires good organizational and computer skills to prepare presentations, maintain customer files, prepare management reports, and maintain accurate recordsPay Range$80,000- $120,000 base annual salary.
