Your Role
The Office Manager is a trusted on-site leader responsible for overseeing Workplace Services and shaping a high-quality, service-driven office experience. This role balances day-to-day operational leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring the office operates smoothly while fostering a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment for employees, leaders, and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Lead all Workplace Services operations, including reception, facilities coordination, office services, and front desk support
- Serve as the consistent on-site leader, maintaining a regular Monday through Friday office presence
- Champion a hospitality-focused, service-first workplace culture that reflects company standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, meetings, and large-scale gatherings
- Own and manage the Workplace Services budget, including tracking, forecasting, and annual planning
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-effective improvements and resource allocation
- Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and service delivery to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Lead office-related projects, space planning, workstation allocation, and office logistics
- Leverage workplace technology and systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and service delivery
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in office management or workplace services within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
- Proven ability to plan and execute corporate events and employee-facing initiatives
- Strong technical proficiency with workplace systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence with the ability to build credibility and trust with leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and supporting team members
