Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) About the Role What if your expertise in clinical analytics could directly influence how AI understands and interprets healthcare data for millions of patients and providers worldwide? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI teams, shape data-driven insights, and help train cutting-edge AI models that will define the future of healthcare intelligence. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned healthcare analytics professionals who want to apply their skills at the frontier of AI development.

- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure - including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools - ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover actionable trends and support leadership decisions
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare analytics and BI workflows
- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of subject matter experts and AI researchers
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in regulated environments
- Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems - including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets
- Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently across distributed teams
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or healthcare IT
- Experience working alongside AI or machine learning teams
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible - work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work
