Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist specializing in Interventional Radiology for a travel assignment in Albany, NY. This role involves working closely with radiation oncologists, operating advanced radiation equipment, and ensuring top-notch patient care.

- Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiation oncologist according to established practices and standards.
- Accurately enter and maintain patient treatment parameters into the electronic medical record.
- Accurately interpret a computerized treatment plan.
- Observe patients daily for reactions and report any adverse reactions to the Radiation Oncology Nurse or the Radiation Oncologist.
- Facilitate complex problem-solving regarding technical issues.
- Display professional conduct essential to the well-being of the radiation oncology patient.
- Adhere to NYSDOH, ARRT, and ACRO radiation safety protocols.
- Must be licensed as a Radiation Therapist in NY (can obtain during onboarding).
- Must have ARRT certification.
- Completion of a Radiation Therapy Technology program in an AMA approved school, meeting ARRT registry requirements.
