This role focuses on hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and supporting internal IT operations.What You'll DoSupport and administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID environmentsAssist IT support team with Intune configuration, troubleshooting, and device managementHelp manage patching processes across endpoints and infrastructureManage and resolve support tickets, including escalated technical issuesMonitor systems and respond to alerts in a NOC-style environmentReview security alerts and assist with incident responseAssist with firewall, VPN, and network security configurationsTroubleshoot cloud, endpoint, and network issuesSupport SaaS applications and integrationsMaintain documentation for procedures and changesCollaborate with IT and security teams to ensure uptime and stabilityWhat You Will HaveAssociate or bachelor's degree in progress/completed or equivalent experienceIntermediate experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra IDFamiliarity with Intune or other MDM platformsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (RCA)Exposure to troubleshooting systems or user issuesStrong communication and willingness to learnWillingness to travel up to 25% to Flexcar locations as needed to support IT operations, projects, and deploymentsBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Understanding of firewalls and network security toolsKnowledge of Microsoft AzureBasic Linux knowledge (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu)Experience or knowledge with scripting (e.g., Bash/Shell, Windows Batch, etc.)Exposure to patch management tools (Automox or similar)FortiGate a plusmacOS experienceWindows OS experienceSaaS administration exposureEntry-level certifications (A+, Network+)Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)PowerShell or automation exposureExposure to EDR, MDR, or SIEM toolsWho Thrives HereEager to learn and grow technical skillsetTakes ownership and follows throughStrong team collaboration skillsWhat Tops the TankRest & Relaxation: Flexible PTO policy.Future Savings: Benefit from a 401(k) plan with company match from day one.Benefits: Day One - Excellent, low-cost healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.Drive a Flexcar!
