Non-Alcoholic (NA) Sales Assistant

As a Non-Alcoholic (NA) Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by ensuring product availability, maintaining high merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with retail partners. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail store managers and staff, serving as a knowledgeable resource for product and brand information.
• Merchandise and stock non-alcoholic beverage products to maximize visibility and sales, following company guidelines.
• Rotate inventory and monitor product code dates to ensure freshness and quality.
• Identify and act on opportunities for additional product placement, displays, and promotional activities within stores.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to keep products in stock.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage and backstock areas.
• Represent Valley Distributors and its brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or the beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• Interest in the beverage industry and enthusiasm for working with a variety of brands.
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule, averaging 45 hours per week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and stock beverage cases from floor level to overhead shelving.
• Comfort working in a physically active environment with frequent lifting, bending, and walking.
