Empower young learners while advancing your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging elementary school setting. This full-time, contract opportunity offers an enriching environment where you'll support students' communication development during the 2026-2027 school year. Each day runs from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, providing a balanced schedule that aligns with the typical elementary day.

Use your expertise to make a lasting impact by providing essential SLP services to a caseload of approximately 55 student contacts per week. Your work will contribute to helping children find their voices and succeed both academically and socially.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and all necessary certifications to practice in schools
• Previous experience in an elementary school environment is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse student caseload and document progress
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Complete appropriate assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and contribute to team meetings
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Adapt therapy strategies to suit the unique needs of each child
• Provide consultative support and training to teachers and caregivers
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student progress
