Headlight is looking for PMHNPs with to join our team in California. This role is part-time with a fully remote schedule. Roles and Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders Offer individual and group therapy to patients Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders Participate in community outreach and education Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable. Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues. Qualifications Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification via ANCC or AANP Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location) Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location) Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work in office 1 day per week as part of our hybrid model Benefits Sick pay Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling services, resources, and support to help you navigate personal or professional challenges. 401(k) plan with company contribution Convenient work from home or hybrid options Flexible schedule between 12 to 22 hours of availability each week Credentialing Support, Training and Development Opportunities, Growth Opportunities $145 - $155 an hour Compensation is $145 per billed hour for non-103 PMHNPs and $155 for PMHNPs with their 103 status.
