In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. You must set the example and must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
