Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a busy acute care hospital providing respiratory care for adult critical care patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ventilator management, airway management, ABG interpretation, and the treatment of patients with complex respiratory conditions including ARDS and pneumonia.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders
• Manage mechanical ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
• Perform airway management, suctioning, tracheostomy care, and extubation support
• Administer respiratory medications and aerosol therapies
• Draw and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Perform chest physiotherapy and pulmonary hygiene treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately within the electronic medical record
