What you will be doing: This Public Health Nurse (PHN) 5 provides statewide clinical leadership and oversight for Maternal Child Health and Immunizations ensuring consistent evidence-based public health nursing practice across the Section. This position directly supervises the Sections Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) Preparedness PHNs and Nurse Consultants providing clinical direction consultation and support for specialized programs and services. As a member of the leadership team the PHN5 coordinates priority clinical initiatives promotes standardization and quality improvement and works collaboratively with Public Health Nurses Senior Leadership and internal and external partners to advance statewide public health priorities.
