We are partnering with an established healthcare organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who will lead all financial operations while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Board, and physician leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational strategy, optimize financial performance, and support continued growth across a complex healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions
- Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions
- Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives
- Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities
- Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
- Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teams
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience
- 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role
- Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management
- Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups
- Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred
- MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plus
