Compliance Analyst

Raleigh, NC or Greensboro, NC (Hybrid), Full-time ThinkTech is a Managed IT Services Provider helping businesses operate more securely, efficiently, and confidently through technology. We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to help clients navigate compliance frameworks, maintain audit readiness, and track the actions that turn compliance plans into measurable progress. This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to IT compliance, audit support, GRC, risk, or cybersecurity and wants to build broader experience across multiple frameworks, industries, and client environments. What You'll Do Support compliance assessments across frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 Identify and document compliance gaps and required actions Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence Track remediation activities and help ensure action items stay on schedule Coordinate with technical teams and clients to move compliance initiatives forward Participate in compliance planning meetings and status reviews Maintain compliance information within GRC platforms Who Thrives Here - You'll likely succeed if you: Enjoy working with details and maintaining highly accurate records Follow through and hold yourself accountable Communicate well with both technical and non-technical people Like coordinating across teams to get work completed Are curious and enjoy learning new compliance frameworks and industries What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in compliance support, audit support, IT, GRC, risk management, or a related field Exposure to one or more compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, SOC 2, CMMC, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001 Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bonus Points For Experience using GRC or compliance management platforms MSP or multi-client environment experience Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, or remediation efforts Security+, CISA, CMMC-RP, or similar certifications (or active pursuit of certification) Exposure to ControlMap, IntelliGRC, Apptega, or similar platforms Work Environment Hybrid work environment based out of our Raleigh or Greensboro office Compensation Base salary: $52,000 - $65,000 annually Eligible for profit sharing Overtime eligibility as applicable We're a collaborative team that values integrity, ownership, continuous learning, and helping clients succeed.
