Cardinal Health Canada est actuellement à la recherche d’un coordonnateur ou d’une coordonnatrice senior(e) pour travailler à l’établissement de Dorval. Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice senior(e) travaillera au centre de contrôle opérationnel de Dorval et collaborera avec le service des Opérations pour répondre aux demandes et aux besoins des clients internes et externes en matière d’expédition.

Heures de travail : lundi au vendredi 10h à 18h30 – 100% présentiel.

Votre contribution à l’organisation  :

• Gestion du flux de commandes dans l’ordre des priorités pour le traitement des opérations.
• Assignation des commandes aux transporteurs appropriés en fonction des besoins.
• Établissement des itinéraires de livraison pour les opérations de la flotte privée.
• Communication avec les intervenants internes et externes.
• Modification des itinéraires et traitement rapide des demandes d’expédition urgentes.
• Gestion des demandes de service à la clientèle liées au transport.
• Suivi des expéditions, telles que la production de connaissements, le suivi des colis et les preuves de livraison.
• Supervision des diverses responsabilités de l’équipe du centre de contrôle opérationnel, le cas échéant.

Qualifications

• Vous avez 2-3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du transport et de l’expédition.
• Connaissances en transport, logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou tout autre domaine connexe (un atout)
• Bilingue (anglais et Français) à l'écrit et à l'oral

• Vous possédez des connaissances de JDE, d’AIMS et de Tecsys (un atout).
• Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en informatique (Office 365 et Omnitracs).
• Vous avez un bon sens de l’organisation et de bonnes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes et êtes capable de redéfinir les priorités dans de brefs délais.
• Vous vous engagez à travailler selon un horaire flexible, comme cela peut s’avérer nécessaire.

Job Summary

Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a Sr. Coordinator to join our Dorval location for the day shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Dorval Operations Control Center (OCC) team and will work as part of a team with our Operations department to ensure requests and shipping needs from our internal and external customers are met.

Y our Contributions to the Organization will be :

• Supervise daily transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, adjusting routes and expediting urgent shipping requests as needed
• Address and resolve logistical issues, such as delays and route disruption
• Create and implement transportation strategies to enhance efficiency and lower costs
• Analyze and utilize data to drive transportation insights through email or software systems
• Prioritize and manage order flow for efficient operations processing
• Allocate orders to the appropriate carriers based on requirements
• Overseeing shipment tracking activities, including generating bills of lading, monitoring parcel status, and obtaining proof of delivery
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and departments to handle transportation-related customer service inquiries

• Quickly addressing and resolving any safety or compliance concerns

Qualifications

• 2-3years experience in transportation and shipping
• Knowledge in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field (an asset)
• Bilingual (English and French) both written and oral speaking

• Familiarity with transportation terminology and operations, including LTL, FTL, carriers, same-day deliveries, etc. )
• Knowledge of law 430 (for heavy vehicles) (an asset)
• Knowledge of JDE, AIMS and Tecsys (an asset)
• You’re proficient with computers; Office 365, Omni-tracs
• You possess strong organizational, problem-solving skills and able to reprioritize on short notice
• You’re committed to working flexible hours as it may be required
