California On-Site HR Business Partner | People Leader
NABIS
Nabis is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to oversee all HR responsibilities for our California sites (Los Angeles or Oakland). This on-site role supports ~50 hourly employees and partners with the People Operations team to ensure compliance and effective people practices. The HRBP will drive onboarding, employee relations, LOA/FMLA, investigations, payroll data integrity, OSHA involvement, and talent development while promoting a high-engagement culture in a fast-growing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr NABIS
