The Floater/Assistant Daycare Teacher will support the daycare environment by assisting with mixed-age groups, providing classroom support, supervising children, and aiding with lesson activities. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere for all children.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in various classrooms with mixed-age children
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being
- Assist lead teachers with lesson preparation and execution
- Communicate effectively with staff to coordinate daily activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in early childhood education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
