The Food & Beverage Server provides attentive, friendly service to guests in the resorts dining and bar areas, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role helps create a welcoming atmosphere for golfers, RV guests, and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and present menus, specials, and beverage options

Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system

Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner

Make menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and resort policy

Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions

Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas before, during, and after service

Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions

Support beverage cart service on the course as needed

Assist with banquets, events, and tournament catering as needed

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible-alcohol-service procedures

Qualifications:

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred

Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills

Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) where required

Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale system

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (trays, supplies, equipment)

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Repetitive motions including carrying, bending, and reaching

Compensation:
