Schedule Shift:NIGHTS Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We rewardgreat workwith: Pay: $27.99+/hour (based on experience) + $1.00/hour night shift premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked Whatyou'lldo: Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems Install,modify, andmaintainmotors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively Document work performed andmaintainaccuraterecords Proactivelyidentifyimprovement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency What We WantFromYou: Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronicspreferred 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Computerproficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment Capableoflifting upto 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment What We Value Our Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.
