Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• One year of previous full-time experience in the operating room is required
• Must have Epic experience
• ACLS certification required
• Ortho, Neuro, and Trauma experience required

Responsibilities

• Assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Coordinating the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff
• Ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care
• Participating in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment
• Applying principles of aseptic technique consistently
• Documenting processes and patient care details accurately
