What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

• Perform a broad range of tests on blood, tissue, and body fluid samples using modern lab techniques.

Instrument Operation & Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and precision in results.

Result Interpretation & Clinical Support

• Analyze lab data and collaborate with healthcare teams to assist in diagnoses and develop treatment plans.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through continuous quality control and documentation practices.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide mentorship to laboratory technicians and contribute to fostering a team-oriented and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

Certification:

• ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).
• New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of lab techniques, safety protocols, and instrumentation
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
