Responsibilities Conduct thorough health assessments and diagnose both acute and chronic conditions. Develop, coordinate, and manage individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and patient education. Requirements NY State License. Board Certified in FNP. Current BCLS certification. Current DEA Certificate.
