Our tiered bonus structure ensures that your hard work is fully appreciated with appropriate compensation. Our best performing managers have taken home $60,000 a year. Leadership training and development to help you grow as a manager and lead your team. As the connector between the franchisee, staff, and clients, daily work in this role includes: Driving membership and retail sales. Partnering with the franchisee to meet performance goals and working with your team to achieve them. Ensuring an amazing experience for guests and members. Managing the daily operations of the location, maintaining a clean, therapeutic environment for everyone, and positively resolving customer challenges. Building your own high-achieving team by onboarding and training team members, setting clear expectations, reviewing performance regularly, and providing ongoing training and mentorship. Creating a strong workplace culture for all team members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not a requirement. Prior background in Sales is required. Customer service and retail experience is also a strong plus. Ability to coach, influence, and inspire, as well as being comfortable with having tough conversations from time to time if team members are underperforming. Experience with meeting goals, prioritizing tasks appropriately, analyzing business performance, and delegating tasks effectively. Being good with people - developing positive and professional relationships with employees, members, and guests is a must.
