Work Details:
Support Staff: 1 employed MD MAs assigned
Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates
Patient Volume: ~15–18 patients per day in clinic
Procedures: 10–15 per week
Surgeries OR: 3–4 per week
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Robotics: available not required
Procedures:
Required: Ureteroscopy laser lithotripsy TURP TURBT flexible cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS biopsy in-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
Interview Process:

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE
License: Arizona license or IMLC will look at licensing for Aug on dates
DEA: Required
CSR: Not required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe:
Approximately 30 days
